These terms apply to everyone using shirevenues.co.uk. The site is run by Nextwave Media Group LTD (company number 13582114), Unit 7-10 Wandon End, LU2 8NX. By using the site you agree to these terms. Venues with an account also agree to our Venue Listing Terms.

What Shire Venues is

Shire Venues is a directory. We help you find and contact venues. We don’t own or run any venue, we don’t take bookings or payments for events, and we’re not part of any agreement between you and a venue.

Listing information

Premium and Spotlight venues write and update their own listings. Basic listings come from public information. We work to keep everything accurate but can’t guarantee it. Always confirm capacities, prices, availability and licences with the venue before you book.

Using the site

Please don’t:

• send false, abusive or spam enquiries;
• copy, scrape or republish listings or photos in bulk;
• try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

We may block access for anyone who does.

Content and photos

The site design and our own text belong to us. Venue descriptions and photos belong to the venues or the photographers credited. Some photos are used under Creative Commons licences and are credited on the listing.

Links

We link to venue websites and other sites we don’t control and aren’t responsible for.

Our liability

We provide the site free of charge to people planning events, as it is. We’re not liable for any loss arising from your dealings with a venue, or from relying on listing information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
